Farm Tours Noon to 3 pm
Come to Animal Acres and kiss a cow, give a pig a belly rub and talk to a turkey! Meet our farmed animal friends and hear about their amazing rescue stories. You’ll meet chickens who survived Hurricane Katrina, two real “cowboys” (Roscoe & Kirby), and “pretty-in-pink” Charlotte pig, along with over 150 other country critters!
Veggie Vittles, Noon to 6 pm
Try a slice of Tofutti cheesecake, grab a Gardenburger from the grill, and sample food from L.A.’s favorite veg restaurants at dozens of food booths that are guaranteed to make your tummy sing Cockle-doodle-do! Our day of veggie delights will wrap up with a Cowtail Party from 5:30 to 7 pm with organic beer, wine and more veggie munchies!
