Pignic

A day of pig belly rubs, sunbathing chickens, animal scavenger hunts, and good fun for all was had at Animal Acres 4th of July Pignic! Our fun and educational day for kids and critters had activities including kids feeding our bird friends, face-painting, moon bouncing, watermelon eating contests, and our special humane tours that help teach children to be kind to ALL animals. Kids and adults alike were able to explore our sanctuary, getting to know our farm animal friends and their world.





Face painting was provided by the cruelty-free and caring company The Compassionate Clown Company. Our moon bounce was graciously donated by Mystic Parties. Guests enjoyed summery treats including vegan hotdogs from Tofurky and Lightlife, and cool and creamy coconut ice cream from Coconut Bliss, all while celebrating a day of freedom for all beings.
